Parashield H.F coaxial cable are generally used in electricity board to connect the coupling units installed in the switch-yard (outdoor) to the powerline carrier communication terminals installed indoor. Cables are armoured suitablly for outdoor use, either for laying in a duct or buried underground. The cable provide signal path to high frequencies in the range 50 to 500 KHz with minimum attenuation.
